Welcome to Dean’s Hauling Solutions! By using our services, including junk removal, trailer rentals, and dump trailer rentals (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. General Terms

1.1 Service Agreement: By scheduling or using our Services, you enter into a binding agreement with Dean’s Hauling Solutions.

1.2 Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.

1.3 Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use our Services.

1.4 Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of services or as agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment forms as specified on our website or in our agreements.

1.5 Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.


2. Junk Removal Services

2.1 Scope of Service: Junk removal services include the collection, hauling, and disposal of items specified by the customer at the time of booking.

2.2 Prohibited Items: We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

  • Chemicals
  • Paints and solvents
  • Asbestos
  • Medical waste
  • Explosives

2.3 Property Access: The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the items requiring removal. Dean’s Hauling Solutions is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to blocked access.

2.4 Damages: While we take precautions to avoid damage, Dean’s Hauling Solutions is not liable for damage to property during junk removal unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

2.5 Weight Limits and Surcharges: Heavily loaded items (e.g., concrete, dirt, or roofing materials) may incur additional charges based on weight limits or disposal fees.


3. Trailer Rentals and Dump Trailer Rentals

3.1 Rental Agreement Terms

3.1.1 Eligibility for Rentals: Renters must present a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

3.1.2 Rental Period: Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking. Late returns will incur additional fees as specified in the rental agreement.

3.1.3 Prohibited Uses:

  • Trailers may not be used to transport hazardous or illegal materials.
  • Renters are prohibited from subleasing the trailer to third parties.

3.1.4 Safety and Maintenance:

  • The renter is responsible for ensuring safe operation of the trailer.
  • Any damage caused during the rental period is the renter’s responsibility and will be assessed upon return.

3.1.5 Weight Limits: Overloading the trailer beyond its specified weight limit may result in additional fees, damage charges, or forfeiture of the security deposit.

3.1.6 Deposit and Fees: A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit will be returned if the trailer is returned on time and in good condition.


3.2 Dump Trailer Rental (Dumpster Rental Alternative)

3.2.1 Scope of Use: Dump trailers are provided as an alternative to traditional dumpster rentals for residential, commercial, and construction debris disposal.

3.2.2 Placement and Access:

  • Customers must ensure clear access to the designated drop-off and pick-up location.
  • Placement on public streets or other restricted areas may require permits, which are the customer’s responsibility.

3.2.3 Loading Restrictions:

  • Items must be evenly distributed within the trailer.
  • Prohibited materials include hazardous waste, tires, batteries, and other restricted items.

3.2.4 Duration and Pickup: The rental duration and pickup time are agreed upon at booking. Additional rental days or late pickups will incur extra fees.

3.2.5 Damage and Cleaning Fees:

  • The renter is responsible for damage to the dump trailer caused by improper use or overloading.
  • A cleaning fee may be applied if the trailer is returned excessively dirty.

4. Liability and Indemnification

4.1 Limitation of Liability: Dean’s Hauling Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

4.2 Customer Responsibility: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Dean’s Hauling Solutions harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the use of our Services or equipment.

4.3 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, or governmental restrictions.


5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Acworth, GA.
